Hired David Fanning to represent us with getting visitation for our granddaughter, as the other grandparents were trying to keep us from seeing her. Finding the right Attorney is similar to finding the right stylist/counselor. It’s always frustrating when you meet an attorney because they usually blow smoke at you to get your business (money). I am not going to lie, I was so skeptical at first because he is the 5th Attorney I’ve spoken with in Waco and the 3rd one I have hired. Let me tell you-you don’t always get what you pay for in this town. He is easy on your pocket and has a heart of gold. He put his whole heart into our case. It did not matter how much work he had to put into our case-he was able to fight for me to stand in front of the judge and speak for my son. Our end result of the hearing was better than my husband and I could have ever asked for. I just needed him to get me into the courtroom to be my son’s voice. Jason was by far one of the best lawyers I ever had. Even his assistant she was also great. If he’s ever busy she will help you and go above and beyond for you. I had a different lawyer before Jason and they were offering me jail time . Jason came on my case and when I say he went above and beyond for me even reached out to me to talk to me besides only court to see if everything was actuate. He actually cares about his clients.
