I'll be quite frank about my situation. Facing a DWI charge and filing for divorce, Jason Milam and Alan Streetman fought for me in every aspect they could. They were able to get my DWI reduced to a much lesser charge, and my divorce ended fairly even considering the circumstances. On the other hand. David Fanning proved my pre-judgement wrong. My thought process at this point is just having someone get me into a courtroom so I can have a voice for my son because that’s what I’m used to. But David backed me up and helped me get my point across and it took me by surprise. He has this way about him-how he carries himself and puts you at ease in the process. He will be honest with you and it’s much appreciated.
Our last hearing-he helped us fight for a reduced visitation for my son. But the judge’s order was better than I had ever imagined.
Remember-you don’t always get what you pay for around here-nor do you find anyone, (in my experience), that actually cares about you. He has a great heart and will go above and beyond for you. Jason was by far one of the best lawyers I ever had. Even his assistant she was also great. If he’s ever busy she will help you and go above and beyond for you. I had a different lawyer before Jason and they were offering me jail time . Jason came on my case and when I say he went above and beyond for me even reached out to me to talk to me besides only court to see if everything was actuate. He actually cares about his clients. I cannot thank David Fanning enough for what he was able to accomplish in just a matter of 2 days. I am from out of state and found him online. My granddaughter had been taken into the State's custody and I believed that she needed to be with family. This could have taken several months to come to fruition, but he made it happen during the first court appearance, just 2 days after I secured him as my attorney. He actually drew up new orders, on a legal pad, just before we appeared before the judge. She is now in my custody and will probably be with me for the rest of her life.
