The #1 thing I liked most about dealing with Milam and Fanning was how easy it was to access both Jason Milan and Alan Streetman for information and advice regarding the case. I could call or text them any reasonable time or day or on the weekend and usually get a response within an hour to a day. I never felt lost or without guidance. I sought out Jason Milam for my case based on the positive recommendation from friends. Once he understood the charges and got my version of events he quickly made me aware of the best possible approach to the case and the consequences I’d be facing by not taking said approach. After the deal was worked out with the DA, my case was turned over to Alan Streetman who ran me through all of the necessary paperwork and appearances seamlessly and kept me informed throughout the process. Hired David Fanning to represent us with getting visitation for our granddaughter, as the other grandparents were trying to keep us from seeing her. He did a FANTASTIC job, making sure we had set visits during the process and a solid final order with set dates from now until she turns 18. David is a Very intelligent, super easy to work with , guy! We never had to go to court, which was great! He dealt with their lawyer and got everything all set up through them. I will start off by saying the entire staff at the Milam and Fanning attorney office was such a pleasure to work with even under circumstances that were not pleasant. David worked intently for us & with us as he guided us through a divorce with our elderly father, which was something we never dreamed would happen at his age. I cannot thank David Fanning enough for what he was able to accomplish in just a matter of 2 days. I am from out of state and found him online. My granddaughter had been taken into the State's custody and I believed that she needed to be with family. This could have taken several months to come to fruition, but he made it happen during the first court appearance, just 2 days after I secured him as my attorney. He actually drew up new orders, on a legal pad, just before we appeared before the judge. She is now in my custody and will probably be with me for the rest of her life.
