I'll be quite frank about my situation. Facing a DWI charge and filing for divorce, Jason Milam and Alan Streetman fought for me in every aspect they could. They were able to get my DWI reduced to a much lesser charge, and my divorce ended fairly even considering the circumstances. On the other hand. David Fanning proved my pre-judgement wrong. My thought process at this point is just having someone get me into a courtroom so I can have a voice for my son because that’s what I’m used to. But David backed me up and helped me get my point across and it took me by surprise. He has this way about him-how he carries himself and puts you at ease in the process. He will be honest with you and it’s much appreciated.
Our last hearing-he helped us fight for a reduced visitation for my son. But the judge’s order was better than I had ever imagined.
Remember-you don’t always get what you pay for around here-nor do you find anyone, (in my experience), that actually cares about you. He has a great heart and will go above and beyond for you. Hired David Fanning to represent us with getting visitation for our granddaughter, as the other grandparents were trying to keep us from seeing her. He did a FANTASTIC job, making sure we had set visits during the process and a solid final order with set dates from now until she turns 18.
